General Terms & Conditions

All clients should have General Terms and Conditions on file before work begins. Customers may work with Overneath admin to create a custom contract, or can sign our General Terms below. Unless a separate written agreement with superseding terms is in place, signed SOWs are automatically governed by the most current Overneath General Terms and Conditions, as indicated in the SOW Agreement.
